Terms of service

UV CAN Sanitize Corp, may modify or update these General Conditions at any time without prior notice. That includes the photos, prices, and product descriptions of the listed products.

Availability of Products

Typical Lead times may vary from a few hours to 4 weeks from the date the order has been accepted and activated depending on the inventory level of each product.  For larger orders pre check the availability with us to avoid longer lead times.

Prices

All prices are in Canadian Dollars. No tax, shipping or handling is included in promoted prices unless explicitly stated. 

Billing

For Orders less than CN$ 5000; 100% of the invoice value need to be paid within 5 days of the Purchase date.

For Orders less than CN$ 10,000; 50% % of the invoice value need to be paid within 5 days of the Purchase date. Remaining 50% upon delivery and installation.

For Orders more than CN$ 10,000; 50% % of the invoice value need to be paid within 5 days of the Purchase date and 25% upon delivery and installation, and final 25% within 15 days after delivery and installation

Special payment terms may be negotiated depending on the size and nature of the project and the client’s conditions.

Warranty 

UV CAN Sanitize Corp. certifies that its appliances are built with top quality materials, subjected to severe testing procedures, and are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of 12- 24 months from the date of purchase, depending on the product model.  

1. Minimum requirements for the validity of the guarantee: The guarantee will only be valid if the original purchase invoice is submitted by the buyer.  
2. Warranty limits:

The warranty excludes: 

• Damage caused by failure to comply with the instructions accompanying the product at the time of purchase. 
• Periodic checks, maintenance, repair or replacement of parts following normal wear. 
• Consumable parts
• Use of spare parts or consumables that are not compatible with the product. This compatibility is guaranteed only if the products recommended by UV CAN Sanitize Corp. are used. 
• Faults caused by modifications to the appliance without the consent of UV CAN Sanitize Corp. 
• Mishandling such as falls or knocks. 
• Modifications or repairs carried out by unauthorized personnel.
